Evangelische Theologische Faculteit Leuven

The Evangelical Theological Faculty (ETF) is located in the heart of Europe with the potential and desire to impact Europe and the world for Christ. Since 1981, ETF has been located in the Heverlee section of the historic Flemish University City of Leuven (Louvain), just 19 kilometers East of Brussels.

Students have access and are encouraged to use the facilities of the theological library of the Catholic University of Leuven which is one of the largest theological libraries in the world. The ETF's state recognition for its degrees and the evangelical scholars serving as faculty have placed the ETF in a unique position on the European continent. The ETF sees itself as primarily European, while at the same time welcomes faculty and students from elsewhere.

Ausbildungsangebot
The ETF has a three year bachelor's program in Dutch, and an international program which consists of two degrees: A Master of Theology degree (licentiate) and a Doctorate in Theology degree. Its model of education remains typically European, and its curriculum is influenced by this model. The academic program is primarily, though not exclusively, designed to interact with biblical and theological issues relevant to the European context and to prepare students for various practical ministries.
